About Founder and Agency


Hi, my name is Farah and I am the founder of Farah Care-a. A Bay Area local child care and tutoring agency. I firmly believe that bringing someone into your home and entrusting them with the care of your child or their education is not an easy task, which is why I believe over a combined 50 years of hands on experience, certifications, and numerous word- of- mouth recommendations is the way to go.

I mainly service the Bay Area and have cultivated an elite team of smart, caring and hard working individuals who are ready to offer an extra pair of hands where needed. Each Farah Care-a team member not only comes with years of experience, but is personally trained by yours truly. I also monitor and check in with parents to ensure all their needs are being fit. Every service requested will get a one on one call from me to fully ensure we prepare, set, and meet expectations.

 My mission is to make local child care needs as easy and convenient as possible. It is no simple task to allow someone into your home, and entrust to support. Therefore, we do not take this responsibility lightly. We raise it to the “blue ribbon” standard.

 My heart truly flourishes each time our Farah Care-a community grows!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Farah Care-a only servicing the  Bay Area?

Currently yes, yet with proper time we plan on expanding very soon!

 

What are your price ranges?

Each service has a starting price listed at per hour. After the service is performed, an invoice will be issued via PayPal. The invoice should reflect the amount of hours performed, a $12 booking fee and a 3% PayPal Service fee. Some fees may be waived depending on if you are a Blue Ribbon member.  This will further be discussed and clarified on the introductory call and/or via email correspondence.

  

What if I need to cancel?

We are all human, and completely understand that things happen! We kindly ask for a 48 hour notice for a free of charge cancellation. If unable to, our policy is to invoice for 3 hours as it will go to the caregiver.  

 

 

I am thinking of joining the team as a tutor or caregiver, where can I apply?
